Modified Polymer Components runs an ISO 9001-2000 and ISO 13485-2003 certified operation. We are capable of making many different modifications to all types of polymer tubing. Some of these modifications include: flaring, flanging, joining, tipping, coating, cutting, drilling, skiving, and gluing. These modifications can also be performed to off-the-shelf plastic components, common in many medical devices. Additionally, we do contract assembly operations which can include soldering, assembly, and testing. We also have the capability to do all types of wire reinforced tubing. Our production personnel are very experienced and have done literally thousands of different projects in the past.
